About Me

I am Kaitlin Blackwell MS LPC, owner of Brazos Counseling PLLC. I am a Texas, Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my Bacelor's in Science in Psychology and Masters in Science for Counseling and Psychology from Tarleton State University.  As your therapist I provide a safe, comfortable environment for you to express and explore your emotions, stress and trauma. I focus on what is right with you, and provide tools and strategies to help you achieve your goals. I use a variety of modalities to accommodate you, and meet you where you are. My counseling services are trauma sensitive and based in Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play therapy (adolescents), and Client Centered Therapy.

I offer Managing Your Crazy services. These services are optional and include a DISC personality profile that will give you a multitude of information about yourself focusing on your strengths. It is my passion to work with adults, and adolescent individuals.
